Hello all,
My girlfriend has just had a battey replacement for her 2GHz Black MacBook. Looking at iStat pro, it says that her battery is:

Health: 96%
Cycles: 3

Yesterday her battery health was 98% and cycles 2.

When I first installed it, I charged the battery for quite a while (~6 hours) before running it completely flat and leaving it flat overnight, before charging it for about 6 hours again.

So, my questions are:
Have I done the right thing in terms of charging and discharging?
Should the battery health improve?
Should battery health be 100% when sealed new?

Thanks
s

Battery health will always fluctuate a bit so don't worry if it drops a few percent.

That is what I thought, but I am sure when we both first got our MacBooks, that those figures were higher for a slightly longer period of time.
