View Full Version : Exporting video for phone

I'm the proud owner of a Sony Ericsson k800i (a stop-gap till the iPhone arrives?!) and I've been experimenting with exporting video files to it.
QuickTime will enable export to 3GPP format (which I think is the required format for the phone), but there seem to be multiple 3GPP options (3GPP Release 5, 3GPP Release A, 3GPP Mobile MP4, etc).
Does anyone have any insight into what is the best option to use? I don't think file size is a problem - I have a 2Gb memory card in it (unless the phone has a limit on the size file it can play back?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like 3GPP Mobile MP4 will be the best, followed by 3GPP Release 5.
