Hey guys

In both Firefox and Thunderbird I'm experiencing a similar problem.

In Thunderbird: The email headers plane constantly scrolls upwards if my cursor is on that plane. It stops scrolling the instant I move it off the plane.

In Firefox: If I hover the mouse over the tab toolbar when there is more than one tab open firefox auto-scrolls through them. Stops as soon as I move my mouse away. This also happens with drop-down menus.

I tried restarting. This didn't help.

Also, it doesn't appear to affect any other programs.

Anyone got any ideas?

Daniel

Also happening with quicktime now (when mouse is hovering over quicktime audio slider automatically goes down.

Can anyone help?!

And could it have anything to do with the latest software updates? It didn't start immediately after them though....

Try a different mouse?

Someone at work spilled soup on a mouse today and it was stuck on that stupid fixed-point button setting regardless of which button was pressed.

hmm, I plugged in another mouse (while leaving my current one plugged in and same problem).

Removed current mouse and everything was fine.

Then replugged in current mouse and still working. So essentially plugging it in and out fixed it. lol. Anyone have any ideas of how this could happen (not that I'm complaining now)
