I would have thought that Apple Computer had first dibs on the term 'AppleTalk'
being as it refers to a proprietary Apple communications protocol.

How does ATA get away with it without raising the ire of His Steveness?

Noooo!! Apple couldn't have forgotten to register its ownership of "AppleTalk", surely?
