Hello there,

This is my first post so I hope someone can help me.

After sleeping my Mac won't connect, won't even shut down.
I have to push button for about 5 secs to reboot then everything is fine for a day or so.

Everything was fine until I updated my last Dat File Update ?

It also comes up with a message after I'm in PSCS working on some Photo's then when I go to open up say Mail or Safari ( 10810 ) then I have to shut down and reset then everything is fine for a few more times then it does it again.

Can someone please help.

Mic.

I had a similar although not identical problem and took the iMac in for a service. They rebooted the SMU (or SBU, I can't remember) and it's worked fine since then. Hope this helps.
