I haven't got Photoshop - how do I make an animated GIF from images I already have?

ive always used fireworks to make my web graphics, and animated gif. easy peasy :)

Photoshop/Imageready is the best, but for freeware, try "GifBuilder", basic, but easy to use.

Quicktime Pro?

Make sure they are numbered sequentially i.e Pic.01, Pic.02, Pic.03 etc and select File--> Open Image Sequence, choose first pic and all the rest should follow

Stone Software also have a free Mac OS X GIF program.

Haven't used this, so can't advise, but it looks OK.
