hi all,

after getting my new black macbook, i went to try and sync my new computer with my .mac account, and I cant do it because I cant remember my old mac mini password! what do i do?

The same goes for my Backup DVD's of my mac mini home folder etc... i cant restore it because i need my old password... VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

is there anything i can do?

At best i would like to be able to sync everything

At worst, I would like to be able to reset my .mac account so I can start again!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
Matt

Start up your Mac Mini from it's OS X install CD, and you can reset the admin password of this machine.

I'd still try the same thing on your new Mac.
