Hope I'm sticking this in the right section.

iPhoto seems ok for quick editing. But how do I resize a picture that I want to upload to the web?

Oh, I have the latest version.

Thanks

I use ImageWell. Small, quick, does one thing and does it well.

but noticed it doesn't resize it down enough.

Thanks for your tips. Is imagewell a program? Usually I'm a photoshopper but it's nice to quickly load iphoto to check out photos and do some quick, basic edits.

Is imagewell a program?
Yes. Great little programme!

There is also some built-in stuff which can be accessed with AppleScript called Image Events (http://www.apple.com/applescript/imageevents/index.html). That link takes you to a number of examples that you can use directly.

It would be a bit geeky for some but it is just a matter of pasting the code into a Script Editor document and saving it as an application.

Just use the Export feature in the File menu - you can set it t any resolution you like there :)
