A really cool "mod" that uses a carbon fibre sticker on a MacBook lid. It looks really really slick!

oooo... that IS nice... and if you think about the different types of decal stickers, the possibilities are endless...
*plots how to do that to an imac G4 700....

The stickers apparenty come in white carbon fibre too...anyone know where I could get some here in Aus? I've got no idea lol

That looks rubbish.

I hate that fake carbon fibre crap. It looks really fake.

I know quite a few car audio/moding stores can actually print up specific designs for dashes of cars etc the could prolly do the same for macbooks

The word crap comes to mind. Nothing bets the feel of real carbonfibre... Looking from the pictures also, its just the top cover thats been done
