Anyone out there using software on OS X for compiling crosswords?
What I need is something that does as good a job as X-Word Studio.
Details are at:
The X-Word Studio Website (http://www.studio-soft.co.uk/xword_studio/index.shtml)
Problem is that this great bit of software only runs under OS9 and is probably the only thing I now need to run in Classic.
When Classic goes as it has with the Intel Macs I'll be high and dry.
All advice gratefully received.

We use crossword magic or wizard (I think it is called) at the school I admin at

I haven't used it but their have been no complaints from teachers or students. The reason I like it as a tech is that it is Aussie software and it is cross platform windows and OSX for the same licence.

PM me if you want more details.

Pick the teachers.

Bonus points for picking the EFL teachers.

Many thanks for that.
I found Wizard but it doesn't seem to be set up for making professional-type 15 x 15 grids.
Guess I'll keep looking!
