That Quack Noise in System 6/7

Does anyone remember that "quack" noise that would play when you cliked in the wrong area or a message box came up in System 6/7 (I can't remember which one exactly).
I'd love that noise to be in OS X, does anyone know where I can get a soundbite of it and how I can put it in OS X?

What I want to know is what happened to Monkey. I'm pretty sure it was a standard offering in System 7. And why isn't there a simple beep in OS X?

I wish I was at home so I could check if I was talking crap...
