Hi MacTalk Geniuses (or is it Genii??).
Now I know that Truecrypt is no longer supported, but it will still do me.
My question is about no longer being able to mount TrueCrypt volumes after upgrading to El Capitan.
I get the below error:
/Users/Rob/Desktop/Screen Shot 2015-10-23 at 10.15.11 PM.png

Volumes still mount fine on other platforms.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Sorry, could not upload screenshot of error message. It reads:

/Library/Filesystem/osxfusefs.fs/Support/osxfudedfs.kext failed to load - (lib kern/kext) not loadable (reason unspecified); check the system/kernel logs for errors or try kextutil(8)

the OSXFUSE file system is not available (71)

osxfudedfs.kext is a driver.

Error seems to indicate that driver is required in order to mount the TrueCrypt volume and for some reason that driver is failing to load. This could be due to it being corrupt / incompatible / missing dependencies, etc.

Had the same issue after upgrading to El Capitan and got this error message.

Try downloading the 2.8.2 driver here: https://osxfuse.github.io/

It solved my problem. I don't get the error any longer.
