Given recent Fin Review article that said Apple want to open an additional 30 stores in Australia (Zara, Topshop and Uniqlo lead retail property push into Australia (http://www.propertyobserver.com.au/retail/zara-topshop-and-uniqlo-lead-retail-property-push-into-australia/2013021859421?utm_source=po&utm_medium=aida&utm_campaign=latestnews)) it's worth thinking about where they will go.

Lakeside Joondalup shopping centre is currently being expanded to be the largest shopping centre in Perth, with work to finish late 2014 before xmas, including a new Myer.

Looking at their plans here Lakeside Joondalup (http://www.weareonthewayup.com/#!where_you_fit_in&41218098273411130) it seems there are plenty of spots for Apple, particuarly given they currently have no presence in Perth's northern suburbs, which (with the exception of the small western suburbs) is the most affluent, and by far the most populous.

They're still building the site, you can see it on level two towards the train station, all boarded up still tho. By the looks of the steel frame it's going to be huge.

I rekon it'll be ready March/April
