View Full Version : Insert Key on a G4 PB

Look, I feel really silly asking this question. I am making the switch to a PB G4 from the PC world. I need to find out how to place the computer into owerwrite mode. This is normally done on a PC by pressing the insert key. However the Powerbook doesn't have a insert key :unsure: :unsure:

I've spent a good hour combing the Apple support area, google, manuals, and I can't find a refference to how to do this. HELP :) Thanks :)

AFAIK That's not a standard feature on the Mac, you will need to look at the preferences for the specific software you are using.

Thank you! that would explain why I can't find it in the manual. :) I really think that Apple should put together a book on the common problems and tips that a PC switcher might need :)
