I have a MacBook Pro that I had purchased in 2010! I cant update anything because I forgot my admin password. I can't reset it because I do not know where my start up disk are! How would I go about getting another set of start up disks for my MacBook Pro?

You could find someone with an old retail version of Leopard/Snow Leopard disc, not the grey ones unless it's for your model MacBook Pro.

Otherwise, get access to another Mac and make your own start up disc using Mountain Lion or similar: How to create a bootable, backup Mountain Lion install disk | Ars Technica (http://arstechnica.com/apple/2012/07/how-to-create-a-bootable-backup-mountain-lion-install-disk/)

Otherwise, have you just tried pressing enter for the admin password?

What OS are you running.
If 10.6 then try this
How to reset your Mac OS X password without an installer disc | MacYourself (http://www.macyourself.com/2009/08/03/how-to-reset-your-mac-os-x-password-without-an-installer-disc/)

I recently used the "Tricking your Mac into creating a new user account" method (as found in the above link) on a 2006 iMac running 10.6.8 and it worked perfectly fine.

If 10.7 or 10.8 then this.

I did the trick of making the computer do its initial startup routine on a MacBook Pro running 10.7 and it worked fine, added an admin account and reset the other password then removed the account.
