Hi All,

I am going to try working from home one day a week. The major hurdle I have at the moment is that I regularly have to search my sent emails to keep a record of files sent, conversations with clients etc. All of these emails will be on my work computer (iMac) and not my home computer (Macbook Pro). Unfortunately I can't use my laptop at both the office and home.

My email account is a POP account.

Is there anyway that I can sync my mail accounts in Apple Mail? I would ultimately love to see the same "contents" on my Apple Mail application on both machines.

Thanks for the help!

I think you can only do that with an IMAP account. Can you change it to IMAP, with that type of account the message stays on the server and you can access it from multiple devices.

Yeah - if your email only offers pop, you can subscribe to it in gmail, and then use gmail imap across all devices. (You can set up gmail to reply from the email address too.
