So i've recently acquired a nice delta 66 ny m-audio, it has 4 balanced analogue line ins... problem is my mixer has only 2 outs, and if i use the post fader fx send it has three..

I've been looking at this unit, its fairly cheap and will solve my problems quickly, anyone used these, or similar, and any advice?

also how hard would it be to buy from the US. as they're $169 here but 79 there which rolls out to be around 120...

you could always try a small mixer with inbuilt preamps as it gives yo ua few extra options.

What mixer do you have? If it has more then 2 pres on it, AND it has insert points, you can run the mic-pre outputs straight into your Delta66. You don't need to route it through the mixer at all, although you can use the mixer for monitoring if you so desire. My Yamaha MG12/4 has insert points, and all you need to do is make up your own cable to do it.

BTW you could upgrade your mixer... you can pick up a Yamaha MG12/4 for $329 from SoundCorp (look them up on eBay). I lucked out and picked up an MG12/4 for $275 from them a month or two back.
