Default Photostream not syncing all photos from iCloud to iPhoto

Is any else having issued with PhotoStream not syncing all photos to iPhoto

My iPhone 4s shows 64 photos sync with Photostream but in iPhoto it only shows 32, all 64 are showing up on my iPad

Yesterday I took 31 photos with my iPhone only 5 have synced, I have taken another one this morning 1 this morning and it's synced

I've rebooted iMac but this hasn't done anything,

Anyone know how to do a force sync to iPhoto?

I'm having the same problem in Aperture. Except Photos don't even appear in Photo Stream.

The solution is to to turn Photo Stream off and then on again in preferences which forces it to re download all your photos in Photo stream.

Not an ideal solution, but it works for now.

Very annoying. I can't find a fix anywhere.

Had to do the same thing, iPhoto & iPad.
    Seems to be working now.
