    Woooo! Thanks MrX.

Hmm to go for the 2.53Ghz Mac Mini or the 21.5" 3.06Ghz iMac.......

The "21.5" screen size is very intriguing.

Also interesting move with a 1TB option in the Mac Mini with no optical drive...

Do I read that right as a Mac Mini with a 1TB HDD? Not possible, surely? Or is it?

Yeah that is right, no optical drive though. More than likely it will have 2 500GB HDDs. Nice option as it had been done with an aftermarket kit before now.

Since there is no 2.5" 1TB Drive. I would say "NO ODD" stands for no optical disk drive which means it must have 2x500GB.

What is 'K84 BEST BTR'? I'm terrible at decoding this stuff.

To me it says 'best bitter' but I don't think Apple make beer yet.

Wow, that's crazy talk! I'm still on an original G4 mini with its maximum of 80GB!! And I have a spare external CD/DVD burner. Hmmm...

Will be interesting to see if the currency fluctuation back towards parity will lead to better AUD prices again, after the horrible adjustment we got this time last year.

Yeah - very hopeful of a price adjustment in lieu of almost USD parity.

Hopefully there's some new product design too - after so many years of the same (good - don't get me wrong) designs and colors I'm a little bored.

If these do come out as expected soon, I'll probably still wait a while to see if any issues crop up, so thanks in advance to those less prudent than me! I do look forward to hearing of how the new minis in particular stack up.

If there are indeed new minis.
