The time has come – to sell your iPhone development business on eBay. For a paltry $100,000 (US dollars, mind you), you too can own a total of 87 apps, which includes two months of technical support for the transition. File this one under “bizzare”.
Will Apple make a iPhone that is Verizon-compatible (that is, CDMA as well as 3G)? With Qualcomm’s hybrid CDMA/3G chip, it’s definitely within the realms of possibility. Shame Telstra already shut down that particular CDMA love in Australia, hey?
Secrets is an awesome preference pane for OSX that allows you to tweak a veritable plethora of options, settings, and variables – all without having to touch the command line. If you’re the kind to redeem lots of promo codes, then Slide to Play suggests a super-secret URL scheme that allows you to bypass the proverbial “click redeem, type in code into iTunes” cacophony that you’d usually have to endure. No word if this works with all codes that can be redeemed (that is, iTunes Music Store voucher codes as well as iPhone app codes), but I’m sure one lovely person would be willing to try this out, no?
Similar to the Photoshop app for the iPhone (only available in the US iTunes Store, it seems), Adobe has now released a Photoshop app for Android. Take that, Palm!
Apple back HTML, and AppleInsider tell us why.
