Apple have come to their senses and decided to sell the iPhone outright and unlocked directly off the Australian online store. Seeing as every carrier in Australia has it anyways, this is a logical step to get more iPhones out into the market.
The 16GB 3GS is $879 and the 32GB 3GS is $1040. The 8GB 3G can still be purchased for $719.
