Its a quirky looking design that seems somewhat compromised but I am sure the image quality will be very good.

Aesthetically it looks pretty good to me! Has that "hardcore tech" look about it

I have no doubt at all that the IQ will be as good as the K-5. I'm hating it much less than I did when I posted initially, but still can't see any value for me personally. There ought to have been a viewfinder (a la X100/X-1 Pro). I can see that with the pancake lenses this will probably be a very nice street shooter, much less obtrusive (as long as you choose black) than a honking great DSLR... but overall... sighhh... they could have done a LOT better with the design. Marc Newson should be ashamed of himself.
