What if you re-subscribe to it then delete it again, may help, may not, just a thought![]()
On the odd occasion I use Front Row I notice in the Podcasts section that there is an old podcast (specifically an episode of The Chaser's War on Everything from 2007) I deleted from iTunes years ago that just doesn't go away from Front Row. When I click on said podcast it says, "No content was found." I know that this podcast isn't in iTunes' podcast folder and nor is it anywhere else on my mac.
I have an idea that the "iTunes Music Library.xml" file might have something to do with it. I found a trace of the podcast in this file but I don't know what to do.
What can I do to get rid of this persistent annoyance?
Any help would be really appreciated.![]()

That wont work. iTunes only has S3 of TCWoE and you can't subscribe to it. The episodes can only be bought not subscribed. The episode of TCWoE stuck in Front Row is from S2 dated 30/5/07.
I still think I can manipulate the "iTunes Music Library.xml" in the AppleScript Editor but I have no idea how to use it. Any suggestions?

I don't know if I'm barking up the wrong tree but I think it has something to do with this (via "iTunes Music Library.xml" file in AppleScript Editor):
