Default How much ram can my iMac take?

Hey guys, I've got a 20 inch iMac, I bought it a few months ago, but they gave me an old model with OS X 10.4, then after I went back and said "WTF!" gave me OS X 10.5 to install on it..... anyway, it has 2gig ram, can it take more, or is it maxed out at that?

This is what it says in 'About this mac'
    Model Name: iMac
    Model Identifier: iMac7,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
    Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
    Number Of Processors: 1
    Total Number Of Cores: 2
    L2 Cache: 4 MB
    Memory: 2 GB
    Bus Speed: 800 MHz

Can you guys tell from that which version this is and how much ram it can handle?

    Thanks!

I've never seen or heard of a 6GB alum imac. All the official specs say 2 slots with a max of 4GB in total is the maximum
